What I propose today is a kind of roast in pan, for sure success with the young ones usually appreciate more white meat than red ... then the guinea fowl is the most flavorful chicken and let me tell you "the most genuine !"...
then could also be a main course for an invitation to propose or second for Sunday lunch, what we can spend a little 'more time
Pharaoh SKILLET POTATOES WITH
a guinea fowl in parts (please buy it from Butcher !!!...)
4 / 5 large white potatoes
rosemary garlic
chives 1 pinch curry oil
EVO
dry white wine salt, pepper (regular pepper for the kids!)
the pieces of guinea fowl under the water and put them in a pan with 1-2 cloves garlic, finely chopped rosemary, chives, salt and pepper. Brown it well, add the white wine then cover it evaporate, stirring from time to time, in the meantime, peel (or as they say to us ""...) peel potatoes and cut it up. Remove the guinea fowl from the pan and put the potatoes by adding a little 'oil and possibly salt. Bring to a good place to cook the potatoes and then put the fowl stirring and add the curry. Everything should cook in about 1 hour moderate heat / low. Et voila
our pseudo roast is done! ...
