BRISE'E CAKE WITH BROCCOLI
had to go away for a few days in this deck ... but as often happens with the kids skipped program, well were still pleasant days, especially for me, with a little more time, I cooked a nice little ... I'll even share the menu today:

... A SUCCESS! Even my children have enjoyed ... I think it is very important to give kids healthy habits, eating at the correct time, propose new recipes and maybe get help in the kitchen ... search ingredients well trying to avoid having to eat their food and little genuine prefabricated ... indeed to be a little controversy I hear the mothers who raise their children with a healthy relationship with food is a must, too often the excuse is "I have no time are a working mom" (I understand, they are well ...), I am convinced however, that a woman should not bask in laziness and maybe go to bed later, but to ensure healthy habits in children ... I know people who unfortunately have a bad relationship with food and I think it is very sad not to enjoy it ... STOP ... CAKE BRISE 'WITH BROCCOLI
for the dough crust (recipe passed me Emanuela pastry "LA DOLCE peony PT ... keep in mind that this pastry is wonderful!)
200 gr flour a pinch of salt 90 g butter
eggs 1 20 oz water
Working quickly and the ingredients form a ball to rest in the fridge wrapped in film ( I have done sth hours before ...)
for the filling: 2 bunches broccoli
not too large eggs 2
nr 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 1 slice of ham
nutmeg
little milk
garlic oil EVO
salt, pepper, broccoli
clean, wash, chop and place in a pan with a clove of garlic, a little water, olive oil, a little nutmeg, salt and pepper ... cook 7 / 8 min., except beat the eggs with a little milk and 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Heat oven to 160 degrees, line the tin with a round of waxed paper, flatten the crust rather than thin. In a bowl mix the broccoli with the egg mixture, put it all in our crust and garnish with slice of ham cut into little pieces. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes ... VOILA '...
