Crumble the biscuits with the blender, melt the butter in a double boiler and add the two ingredients. Put the mixture in a hot oven at 180 degrees for a few minutes after lying in a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Beat eggs with sugar, stirring constantly and add the ricotta and Philadelphia.
