SALT COD FRITTERS Spice '
500 gr. of cod 'above.
softened 200 gr.
flour lukewarm water 10 gr. fresh yeast 1 dl white beer
parsley
chili powder cumin paprika
tugging flesh of cod '(look at the "Tegh" as they say in Pistoia, or bones ...), Mix the flour with the yeast dissolved in a glass of water and add the beer, will be a thick batter, cover and let rest one hour covered with a cloth.
