SQUID WITH ARTICHOKES WITH RAISINS


fast fast ... time is always against me ... how about a recipe of fish faster (especially if you procure already cleaned cuttlefish and artichokes ...) and good loooong?? we go straight to the recipe I have run away from my Piccolotto ...

SQUID WITH ARTICHOKES (4-6 pp.)

large squid 800 gr.
5-6 artichokes "Moretti"
tomato

parsley 1 clove garlic

EVO oil salt, pepper

thoroughly clean the squid and cut into slices not too thin, clean the artichokes well (yes I know. .. this is the part Pallosa ...) then chop the stems and sliced \u200b\u200bartichoke hearts, then put them in a bowl covered with water, lemon juice and a tablespoon of flour to avoid oxidation.
Chop parsley and garlic and put the squid in a saucepan covered with the mixture and a little oil and salt and cook over low heat 10 minutes (water should not occur, check cmq ...) then add 5 tablespoons of tomato paste adding water if necessary, cover for 10 minutes.
Add to this the artichokes and cook for 10-15 minutes (check the kitchen must be very soft), adjust the salt, turn off and put another round of oil. Bon appetit!

these cookies are a classic of Tuscany, is healthy because low-fat and good for the kids, especially if you replace the raisins with the chocolate chips ...

Cantuccini WITH RAISINS


2 eggs 200 gr. 00
flour 150 gr.
raisins sugar to taste (about a paper cup ...)
1 teaspoon baking powder 1 pinch of salt


preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the raisins soaked in warm water. Whisk the eggs and sugar, add flour sifted with baking powder and form a ball, squeeze the raisins and add to the mix that will be a little 'sticky ... at this point, put some baking paper on baking tray and form the dough with two "loaves" taking care not to put too neighbors (they grow a lot in cooking'...). Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes, once cooled cut into strips and there they were ready !!!... Needless to say, are excellent with a good vin santo !!!...

shrimp
canned chickpeas
1 sprig of rosemary 1 shallot

Clean the prawns, remove the shell and also the line of the innards, rinse.
