Swordfish THE BALLS TO MOTHER'S CAPERS


I must admit, I like to cook more 'meat and fish that's because I prefer it just ... even if I do not know why lately the time to cook I was a bit 'low, so I can not have fun with my hobby ... but this recipe is perfect, because it requires little time (a little 'parodiana "word!)

Swordfish
WITH CAPERS (for 4 pp.)

2 large slices of sword

a heaping tablespoon of capers 1 shallot, parsley


flour a little milk

EVO oil salt and pepper


Divide two pieces of sword slices, salt and flour them.
Chop not too thin, with capers, shallots and parsley.
In a pan put little oil and half the chopped ready, once heated add the steaks well with a sword and a little milk, cover for 2 minutes (turn the steaks on the other side after 1 minute). Then remove the lid add the other half of the chopped and possibly a little more milk, cook another 5 minutes.
off, get a tour of oil and let cool 10 minutes with the lid before serving. They are even more 'good when eaten the next day so it's a good recipe to get ahead!
