This is the recipe for the meatballs my mom, she loves to cook but when it does is really good, she is all good ... I make these meatballs very often because people like to argue that if my little devils (and sometimes eat them if they pull over and between my hysterical screams !...)

meatballs
200/250 gr.
lean ground beef 100 gr. mortadella with pistachios
3 boiled potatoes 2 eggs 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
qlc leaf parsley marjoram
1 small clove of garlic
zest 1 / 2 lemon rind
little milk salt bread crumbs
oil EVO 4 / 5 tablespoons
Beat eggs with salt and add a little milk, add the ground beef and Parmesan cheese. Aside from shredding the potatoes, mortadella, parsley, garlic, marjoram and lemon zest.
Combine the two mixtures, adjust the salt and form small balls which are then passed into the breadcrumbs. At this point the meatballs are fried in hot oil ... are even more 'tasty if prepared the day before!
